I made these tonight but I'm not sure if something is written wrong in this recipe. The taste was good but the consistancy is that of raw cookie dough! I even added 1 cup of crushed walnuts PLUS the graham cracker crumbs. I still have 1/2 a batch in the fridge...I think I'll try adding more graham cracker crumbs til I get a dryer dough. I'm sending the first batch to my husbands workplace to get their opinions before I rate the recipe. I do like the flavor though! I added my photo. UPDATE: My husbands co-workers liked them. For the other half of the batch, I added another 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs but it was still too doughy. Then a member named Pointsevenout suggested that I bake them...so thats what I did! They were delicious! They were transformed into perfect little chocolate chip cookie balls! YUM!

Yes, I had a flash back to the skit with Alec Baldwin too! One of my favs! This recipe sounds similar to rum balls...which I love! I'll have to try it this Christmas!

I like the sound of this dessert and might try it soon.

When I read the title I was reminded of the "The Delightful Dish" skit on Saturday Night Live featuring Alec Baldwin as Pete Schwetty promoting his "Schwetty Balls". Baaaa, that skit still cracks me up! Thanks for the smile. :)
