How to make it

  • Use 2 tablespoons per load.
  • -
  • You may want to get a bottle of cheap dish liquid. Fill container for soap 1/2 full of cheap dish liquid and add 2 tablespoons of the above.
  • -
  • Use vinegar instead of Jet Dry, you get the same effect!

    i learned to use vinegar for dishwasher while staying in the south of france, as the water was very hard and am using it at home, too. but i#ve never hear about making your own dishwasher soap. what a great idea - not just cheap for better for our environment, too. thank you so much for posting!

    Vinager is also used as a clothes softener like downy, leaves no smell and the cloths are soft. 1/2 cup per load
