Pots De Creme

This is a rich creamy custard. It is a family christmas tradition. It is more dense than pudding and very rich. Needs to chill for about 3 hours.
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream, scalded shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 4 tbsp brandy shopping list
How to make it
- Scald heavy cream.
- Using blender, mix egg yolks, sugar,and brandy.
- Throw in the chocolate chips and hot cream.
- Blend until chips are melted.
- Pour into cocktail glasses.
- Cover and chill about 3 hours.
- Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
