So easy, so simple. Really, really good! Chicken pieces are coated with mixture of flour, black pepper, salt, 2 teaspoons paprika, dipped in butter, placed in a black iron skillet and baked. So crispy. Really good.

I made this tonight with chicken THIGHS, and cooked them in a large black iron skillet. Always made it with a whole cut up chicken. Needless to say, they were delicious, and I made gravy on top of the stove with some of the drippings! Never had done that before either. Fabulous recipe!
