Horseradish Sauce Recipe
This light and zesty sauce is a must have for roasted beef dishes but goes well with anything that can stand up to the bite.

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Lemon Zest
  • ½ tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • ¾ Cup Whipping Cream

Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients except for the whipping cream in a bowl and whisk to combine completely
  2. Pour whipping cream in a bowl and whisk to soft peaks. Should be firm but slouch back level when you remove the whisk.
  3. Slowly fold the mixture of other ingredients into the whipped cream. Do not use a whisk. Use a rubber spatula to gently incorporate the mixture. Once fully integrated…STOP!
  4. This can be made hours or a day ahead of time and refrigerated. The flavors meld wonderfully with time.
