How to make it

  • In a large bowe,combine the ricotta and cofectioners' sugar,mix till smooth and well combined. Stir in the cherries,almonds and chocolate chips.
  • Spoon mixture into pie crust,cover and freeze at least 3 hours.
  • Remove the pie from freezer and allow to sit 10 to 15 minutes before cutting. Store leftovers covered in freezer.

    Made homemade cannolis once and have fond memories of cannolis in Little Italy in NYC! Just bookmarking now and hope to make sometime soon. No idea how I will keep the weight off!
