Cannoli Pie Recipe
Sweet and creamy Italian cheese pie. Top with whipped cream and a marachino cherry.

Ingredients
  • 1 container(15 oz)ricotta cheese
  • 1c confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4c chopped marachino cherries
  • 1/4 c chopped blanched almonds
  • 1/4c miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • one 9" chocolate graham cracker crust

Directions
  1. In a large bowe,combine the ricotta and cofectioners' sugar,mix till smooth and well combined. Stir in the cherries,almonds and chocolate chips.
  2. Spoon mixture into pie crust,cover and freeze at least 3 hours.
  3. Remove the pie from freezer and allow to sit 10 to 15 minutes before cutting. Store leftovers covered in freezer.
