Ingredients

How to make it

  • Steam diced potatoes until fork tender.
  • Add butter, bouillon, garlic, and 1 cup buttermilk. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
  • Use a potato masher to mash and blend to desired consistency, using remaining buttermilk as necessary.
  • Serve hot.

    Gracious, gracious, love that "buttah"...there is absolutely nothing like mashed potatoes. Could eat them for "breakfast, dinner, and supper!" Good, good, good! Thank you, thank you. :)
