Yum! I added some lime juice to give it a little zing. Put a full review in the I Made It II Group ---------------> Cuban Guacamole

This is what I remember a Cuban friend making except for the cumin. I usually don't like pineapple but it was great in her guacamole. I intend to try this. thanks

Great Guacamole I love how you do not pulverize the avocado and that pineapple sounds like a nice addition.

Hi, your Guac is close to how I make mine, except I don't use the pineapple.... Is it the pieapple that makes it cuban? I must try, sounds very enticing.... Thanks!

I would use the cumin, but not the pineapple-oh well, maybe I'll try the pineapple-can't eat the same thing all the time, right. Sounds really good.
