Calves Liver with Bacon and Onion

                    - 4 pieces of calves liver shopping list
- 1 cup whole milk shopping list
- 2 large onions, sliced shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 lb bacon, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Add liver to milk and let soak for an hour or so
- In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp
- Remove bacon, set aside
- Mix flour and salt and pepper
- Place flour mixture on a large plate and dredge liver
- Place in fridge until ready to cook
- Take half of bacon drippings and add to another large skillet
- Heat to medium and add onions and cook until tender
- In other skillet, heat bacon drippings on medium high heat
- Add calves liver and cook a minute or 2 on each side
- Plate and top with onions and bacon bits
- If more fat is needed, add olive oil

                		Great post ,this is the way I fixed it.Its hard to find fresh but some frozen(better if soaked in milk for 30 min.) is better than none. You got my 5.  zanna
