A great casserole that my men folk really love. Great any time of the year.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 2 -8oz Cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 C. Sour Cream
- 1-8 oz. Pkg Cream Cheese, softened
- 6 Green Onions, chopped finely
- 1-8 oz. Pkg Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 C. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown beef with garlic.
- Add salt, sugar and tomato sauce and simmer.
- Combine Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, and Onion.
- Spray 2-3 qt. casserole with cooking spray.
- Put 1/2 of the noodles and 1/2 of the tomato sauce mixture in bottom.
- Layer with Sour Cream mixture.
- Top with remaining noodles and tomato sauce mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes.

I made this last night (minus the sugar - personal preference) and it was fantastic! Yummy cheesy goodness is what my daughter said! lol This is one of those great casseroles that will be a regular, I'm sure it won't be long til I will be able to make it with my eyes closed. It's very similar to my company casserole, but different enough to be another regular at our house! Great recipe!
