Beer n Pizza

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 12 oz beer (honey lager is beautiful in this but any kind will do) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425ºF. Grease two 12" pizza pans.
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt.
- Pour in the beer and stir until it forms a really wet, sticky dough.
- Beat an extra 5-7 minutes, so that the dough develops a stretchy consistency. I
- Let the dough rest for about five minutes before using — it will be easier to work with once it has relaxed
- Dump the dough out onto the prepared pans, dividing it equally between them.
- Sprinkle the top with flour to reduce stickiness and pat the dough into an even layer, all the way to the edges of the pan.
- Top in whatever way you want, then bake 20 to 25 minutes, until the bottom is lightly browned and the toppings are done.
