This I got to try. Always have loved lasagna, but using the crock pot makes the job even easier. YUM!

Just got done eating this and it was very good. We were looking for a few different crock pot meals for this week since it's so hot and this one was easy for sure! I think the next time I make it I will omit the cheese on top it really didn't need it.

Easy to put together and the slow cooker allowed the flavors to simmer together...The only down side was that the noodles do come out much softer than they do in the traditional baked variety....The trade off is certainly worth it when the temps here make using the oven unattractive...Quick and easy to do...good flavors...

Love it! I have to eat heart healthy and this sounds great. I'd also use fat free mozarella and reduced parmesan. Thanks..

So, you don't have to parboil the noodles first? Sounds like a winner to me - fewer dishes! Thanks for the recipe.
