    Perfect for a girls night with girls who don't like sweets...most of my friends enjoy a couple of cold beers, and everytime I make sweets, they sit in favor of the salty/cheesy/savory. Another group are wine drinkers and love the sweets. Nice to have two separate groups to taste my "stuff"! This will be a great addition.

    Cheddar and ale is always a winning combination. I think this would go great on some rosemary and olive oil crackers that I have like a million boxes of in my kitchen. Therefore I must make this, and I must tell you thanks for sharing it. So... thanks!
