Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese (8oz.)

1 clove garlic

1 tbls. worcestershire sauce

8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/8 tsp. dry mustard

1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne (more if you like heat)

1/4 cup beer

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender and blend

Chill before serving

Perfect for a girls night with girls who don't like sweets...most of my friends enjoy a couple of cold beers, and everytime I make sweets, they sit in favor of the salty/cheesy/savory. Another group are wine drinkers and love the sweets. Nice to have two separate groups to taste my "stuff"! This will be a great addition.
