This is a hearty soup very tasty and filling add your own flare of spices if you like it hotter i put alittle red pepper in mine when im cooking it .

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1 can ( 28 OUNCES) diced tomatoes, do not drain
  • 1 can of french onion soup, undiluted ( can also substitue cream of mushroom soup if desired)
  • 1 package of frozen green beans ( 9 ounces)
  • 1 package of frozen cheese tortellini thawed ( 9 ounces)
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a large sauce pan, cook beef over medium heat, until no longer pink, drain, add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil cook 5 min uncovered until tortellini are tender,
  2. serve with bread sticks or cresent rolls sprinkled with parmesan cheese before baking.
