Tortellini Soup

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 3 1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1 can ( 28 OUNCES) diced tomatoes, do not drain shopping list
- 1 can of French onion soup, undiluted ( can also substitue cream of mushroom soup if desired) shopping list
- 1 package of frozen green beans ( 9 ounces) shopping list
- 1 package of frozen cheese tortellini thawed ( 9 ounces) shopping list
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried basil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a large sauce pan, cook beef over medium heat, until no longer pink, drain, add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil cook 5 min uncovered until tortellini are tender,
- serve with bread sticks or cresent rolls sprinkled with parmesan cheese before baking.

Nice sounding soup. A good one for one of those cold winter days that will soon de descending upon Central NY! UGH! 5 forks (or spoons for soup!)
