Beautiful white snowflake looking ice cream balls.nice to serve for holidays.or a fall/winter party.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 quart vanilla or cinnamon flavored ice cream
Directions
- place coconut in a shallow dish. use an ice cream scoop and a large melon baller to create ice cream balls of varying sizes. roll ice cream balls in coconut, pressing firmly, until coated. place coated ice cream balls on a cookie sheet. return ice cream to freezer for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
- in a serving bowl arrange ice cream balls to resemble a mountain and serve,
- garnish with few flakes of coconut in dish.
