I like the idea of whipping up an at home spa treatment with ingredients found in my kitchen cupboard. *wink*

Ingredients
  • # 2 cups of coarsely ground coffee
  • # 1/2 cup raw sugar or sea salt
  • # 2-3 Tablespoons massage oil, or olive oil

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Apply in hot shower after your skin is evenly moistened and your pores are open.
  3. Using wide, circular motions, rub the coffee mixture onto your skin with strong, even pressure.
  4. Rinse off, pat skin dry, and apply a thin layer of your favorite body lotion.

Hi Pink, Tyra Banks said she uses coffee grinds on her cellulite, it's suppose to increase circulation? anyway, great post.


I love coffe and thought of bathing in it at times, however, a brisk rub just might do the trick! Thank you LOL
