Summer Squash And Broccoli With Garlic And Azuki Mmiso Sauce

This a creative way to make a fantastic and quick recipe. MISO to the rescue!!!
Ingredients
- 1pound of summer squash sliced thin. shopping list
- 1 small head of broccoli chopped up into 1 inch pieces shopping list
- 1 1/2 package of baked savory tofu shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 4 tablespoons of Azuki bean Miso shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of sweet butter. shopping list
How to make it
- In a dutch oven or a fryer add the butter and the olive oil
- Add the garlic an cook for a few minutes
- Add the vegetables and the MISO and cover
- turn to medium low and simmer for twenty minutes
- Serve alone or over rice.
