Marbled Chocolate Cream Cheese Dessert

This is another quick and easy-to-make, moist dessert . It's wonderful to take for a gathering anytime of the year; to a picnic or a holiday party. (Shown in the picture: on right in 9x13 pan)
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2 tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- _________________ shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 large whipped topping, divided in half shopping list
- _________________ shopping list
- 3 cups milk shopping list
- 1 large instant chocolate pudding mix shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375*
- Mix together butter, flour, sugar and nuts.
- Press onto bottom of 9" x 13" pan.
- Bake 10 mins. Cool.
- _________________
- Beat 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 cup sugar.
- Fold in 1/2 of the large whipped topping.
- Place on top of cooled crust.
- _________________
- Beat 3 cups milk into 1 large instant chocolate pudding mix.
- Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.
- _________________
- Refrigerate about 10 mins. to set
- When partially set, place other 1/2 of whipped topping on top of pudding layer.
- To achieve marbling, allow spatula to lift some of the partially set pudding mixture into the top layer as you're spreading on the topping.
