....A beautiful way to display a practical salad.... I found this in my 1981 Joys of Jell-o Gelatin. It's great for picnics and family gatherings.

Wow, I really like the sound of this! I am a vinegar fan and I like the more sour and savory slaws. I've been on a huge coleslaw kick lately too. I remember my mom making molded salads all the time (60s and 70s) and I never do. Might have to bring it back! :) What's old is new right?
