Chinese Barbecued Chicken Recipe
Wonderful tasting chinese barbecue chicken.

Ingredients
  • Marinade:
  • 1c light soy sauce
  • 1c dry sherry
  • 2 lg. cloves garlic,minced
  • 2tsp fresh ginger
  • 4lbs. cut up chicken
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2c hoisin sauce
  • 1c dry sherry
  • 1/2c catsup
  • 1/4c brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic,minced

Directions
  1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. In shallow pan,marinate chicken overnight,turning occasionally if pieces are not completely covered. Combine sauce ingredients and set aside,.
  2. To serve,remove chicken from marinade. Place in a shallow pan and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 mins,turning once till chicken is done.
