How to make it

  • Fry up sausage, set aside,
  • mix together, except for topping.
  • preheat over @350*F bake for 1 hour.
  • take out and add onion topping,
  • bake another 5 mins.

    This looks great! And I love breakfast for dinner too. Definitely making this one soon, probably with sauteed fresh mushrooms, since I have some I need to use.

    I love hashbrown casserole, but have never had it with the sausage. I know that would make it even better and I wish I had seen this sooner - ha! Thank you for the recipe. =)

    Is this really spicy the way the recipe is written?
    If so, I assume I could use the regular Ro-Tel and regular sausage. Otherwise it sounds very good.

    Hit the edit button at the top of the recipe title (in green) after you submit. No calories or cholesterol in this seriously good dish, but who's counting? Good recipe. That's what this site needs, more recipes from people who are actually making the dish and not just posting stuff they found in cookbooks and never cooked. The photo made me hungry it looked so good.
