That's what this site needs, more recipes from people who are actually making the dish and not just posting stuff they found in cookbooks and never cooked. The photo made me hungry it looked so good.

If so, I assume I could use the regular Ro-Tel and regular sausage. Otherwise it sounds very good.

I love hashbrown casserole, but have never had it with the sausage. I know that would make it even better and I wish I had seen this sooner - ha! Thank you for the recipe. =)
