Ingredients

2 -cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 -teaspoon salt

12 -ounces cream cheese, chopped, and softened

8-10 ounces of feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 -cup mayonnaise

1/4 -teaspoon crushed marjoram

1/2- teaspoon dill weed

1/4 -teaspoon crushed thyme

1/4 -teaspoon crushed basil

Directions

Mix garlic and salt in a bowl until of a pasty consisitency.

process garlic mixture, cream cheese ,feta cheese, mayonnaise, and all spices, in a food processor until desired consistency.

spoon into a crock or bowl

chill covered for 2 hours.

serve with assorted crackers or pretzels.

may store in the refrigerator up to 1 week.

makes 1-1/2 cups
