Lemon Lime Martini Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice (I use crushed)
  • Add about 2 oz. vodka (just eyeball it)
  • About 1/4 oz. of Lemoncello (I don't measure, but if I had to guess, I'd say this is right)
  • Big squirt of lime juice (probably about twice the amount of Lemoncello, but I like it on the tart side)
  • Shake till hand is too cold to stand
  • Pour into chilled cocktail glass
  • Enjoy

    i added a couple of things...
    muddle the lime skin after squeezing with half the vodka and two sugar cubes......add 1/2 oz melon liqueur for color.....let the tastebuds squirt!

    Found my jigger and am happily sipping this wonderful martini! I used fresh limes 'cause that's all I had. This is such a refreshing cocktail! Must confess, I mixed it up in an old fashion glass and I might have a little more than the recipe calls for! LOL! Rating this a 6...well would if I could!
