Fried Cucumbers Recipe

This is my recipe for fried cucumbers.

Fans
- 1 cucumber
- salt
- pepper (optional)
- oil
- flour
Directions
- Cut cucumber in half. Peel and cut into slices lengthwise. Place in water.
- When ready to fry add oil to skillet.
- Dredge slice of cucumber in flour and place in skillet. Do this until all or added or skillet is full.
- Salt and peper to taste.
- Fry until golden brown on both sided.
- Enjoy.
- Cook time is 5 to 10 minutes on both sides.

I tried these awhile back and thought i was eating fried green tomatos. They are very good.
