How to make it

  • Cut cucumber in half. Peel and cut into slices lengthwise. Place in water.
  • When ready to fry add oil to skillet.
  • Dredge slice of cucumber in flour and place in skillet. Do this until all or added or skillet is full.
  • Salt and peper to taste.
  • Fry until golden brown on both sided.
  • Enjoy.
  • Cook time is 5 to 10 minutes on both sides.

    Got a cuke in my fridge will try tonight! thanks, betcha it will taste good with mustard, yumyum! What a new and different way to eat a cuke, fried, and me a southern gal, who loves fried, Hmmmm!!!
