Easy Cheesey Spaghetti Squares

- 8 ounces vermicelli shopping list
- 1 egg, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 (14-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 4 ounces sliced pepperoni shopping list
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- ***Kicked-Up Version*** shopping list
- Saute chopped onion, mushrooms and garlic in butter and olive oil, drain and stir into sauce, along with 2 T Italian Seasoning; and add sauce as below shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine egg and milk.
- Pour over pasta and mix well.
- Coat a 9-by-13-inch pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
- Pour pasta mixture into pan.
- Cover pasta with spaghetti sauce.
- Layer pepperoni over sauce and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Cut into squares to serve.
