My Chicken Salad Easy And Fab

- 1-med.size store bought rotisserie chicken shopping list
- 2/3 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion shopping list
- 2/3 cup any type seedless grapes. We like the dark ones. shopping list
- (cut in half, lengthwise) shopping list
- 1/2 cup Low fat (unseasoned) yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 cup (good quality) mayonnaise shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list

- You may add any of these if desired: shopping list
- (the cooked chicken is seasoned quite well.) shopping list
- fresh dill weed for color and flavor shopping list
- raisins shopping list
- Chopped nuts shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar if you like it sweeter. shopping list
How to make it
- (chop the size that your family likes)..We like pieces about 3/4' in size.
- Remove all bones, fat and most of the skin.
- Prepare mild onions, celery, and any other items you wish to add
- (chop about med. size).
- Lightly toss ingredients.
- I usually have my vegetables and (fruit) pre-cleaned and cut.
