Ingredients

1-med.size store bought rotisserie chicken

2/3 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped sweet onion

1/4 cup chopped red onion

2/3 cup any type seedless grapes. We like the dark ones.

(cut in half, lengthwise)

1/2 cup Low fat (unseasoned) yogurt

1/2 cup (good quality) Mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste.

Options:

You may add any of these if desired:

(the cooked chicken is seasoned quite well.)

Fresh dill weed for color and flavor

Raisins

Chopped nuts

1/4 cup brown sugar if you like it sweeter.

Directions

(chop the size that your family likes)..We like pieces about 3/4' in size.

Remove all bones, fat and most of the skin.

Prepare mild onions, celery, and any other items you wish to add

(chop about med. size).

Lightly toss ingredients.

I usually have my vegetables and (fruit) pre-cleaned and cut.
