One new thing to do add to the recipe is to break up the crust before layering. It makes it easier to serve and add a little something different to the mix.

We used to have this all the time when I was a kid and we all loved it. I had forgotten all about it until now. It's time to make it again...thanks so much for the memories and the recipe. Gets a high 5 from me!

I never thought of changing up the flavors of the pudding. I can't pass on chocolate...

I've had this before, but made with Pistachio Pudding instead of chocolate. It's always a hit. Thanks for posting it.

This recipe didn't really have any times or servings listed..so I guessed. I use a 9 x 13 pan, some people like a bigger serving.(Like the girls dad ;P) As far as cook times, you can make the crust the day before if you want. And prep is really up to the person.
It's good. Just make it! :)
