I am looking to make this and i have a quick question. Wouldn't the bacon be cremated in 45mins?I never cook bacon in the oven, so i guess it could cook slower. But, still, 45mins is along time to have bacon in the oven for; isnt it?

Made it tonight for my husband and I. I LOVED IT!!! He liked it but said that the amount of cheese and parsley is a fine line... I guess next time I'll go lighter on his. But I simply LOVED it!! Easy, creative, different, and DELICIOUS!!

Yeah, I know my husband (and I!) will love this one - gorgonzola stuffed inside chicken and wrapped in applewood smoked bacon? Can't get much better than that!

This sounds wonderful, my boyfriend is just starting to get into the world of blue cheese, I think I might try this recipe with him, but maybe use a milder danish blue cheese. Although gorganzola is one of my favorites!!!
I just love this recipe, great post!!
