Dads Favorite Lemon Bars

This was my Dad's favorite lemon bar. I tried several kinds over the years but he would always tell me to "just make the old ones, they are the best". In his memory I wanted to share them with you.
Ingredients
- Crust shopping list
- 2 c flour shopping list
- 1 c butter shopping list
- 1/2 c powdered sugar shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 5 to 6 T. lemon juice shopping list
- 4T. flour shopping list
- 1t. baking powder shopping list
- 2 c sugar shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Crust
- Mix like pie curst and press into large jelly roll pan.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350.
- Filling
- Beat eggs and lemon juice until light.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. until frothy.
- Pour over baked crust.
- Bake 20 - 25 minutes more at 350.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top for frosting.
- Cool before cutting.
- Enjoy, lemon always makes me smile :)
