Potatoe Pancakes My Way Recipe

Easy potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 4 medium potatoes{grated
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
- OIL FOR FRYING:Heat OIL IN HEAVY IORN SKILLET{small amount}
- Remove excess moisture from potatoes{By squeezing by hand}
Directions
- Peel onion and grate into bowl
- Add flour onion pepper pepper salt to the potatoes Stir well untill combine in bowl. Drop by small hand fuls into skillet Flatten slightly cook 4-5 minutes on each side till golden brown Drain pancakes on paper towels to rid of excess grease , serve makes 9 pancakes{use just enough grease to fry potatoes otherwise will be to greasey}
