- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup applesauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas shopping list
- 1/2 cup (or more) chopped nuts of your choice shopping list

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. shopping list
- Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. shopping list
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon,and salt. shopping list
- In a separate bowl: shopping list
- cream together butter and brown sugar. shopping list
- Add apple sauce and blend well. shopping list
- Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. shopping list
- Fold in chopped nuts and raisins shopping list
- Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. shopping list
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. shopping list
- Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. shopping list

This is definately a 5! I make this too, my recipe is almost the same I add chopped apples too. try it next time it is good. but I have to leave out the nuts. sometimes I put a couple of tablespoons of mini chocolate chips on top a little goes a lo...more
