Made these last night! Used my own chicken salad recipe but followed the instructions for the puffs to the T and they were awesome. Really liked this idea and will do it again.

These are great and super easy for how impressive the outcome is!! I got 15 biscuit sized pastries. Served mine with sliced yellow tomatoes and Gouda cheese. Yum Mrswilliams :) :) Added a review in the IMI --------> Chicken Salad Puffs

Okay, you wanted someone from the group to make this...so, I did. :) Made it for 'the girls' for Sunday lunch since we'll have so much heavier "man food", later, for football. It was perfect for that. :) The only changes I made were that I used fresh dill instead of dry, and I never have yogurt, so I subbed sour cream. Excellent salad. Now, the pastries....still excellent, but, have I mentioned how much I HATE to make pasty of any kind? ;)(don't ever ask me to make a pie crust, please)...half of mine fell, but that was MY fault, not a fault of the recipe. So, bottom line is, it was great tasting served simply with sliced ripe tomatoes and colby cheese. :) Thanks, Mrs!!

Yum! These sound really good. I like the raisins with chicken salad...even craisins are an option.
