How to make it
- Divide the pastry in 2. If you use phyllo pastry, butter it well and follow the instructions. If you use puff pastry, roll it and spread it.
- Filling: Mix sour cherries (if you have found the real thing - take out the seeds!) with sugar and flour. Let it sit for 20 min.
- Spread the sour cherries and roll it in pastry. Repeat so, that you will have 2 pies.
- Bake at 375F for 40 min.
