Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix first three ingredients, and boil for 10 minutes
  • Add the can of condensed milk. Bring to a boil one more time. Stir for 5 minutes.
  • Pour on buttered cookie sheet.
  • Cut, with a buttered knife, into strips, then into thumb-sized pieces and wrap tightly in waxed paper. Keep in tightly covered container.

    This is great! no need for candy thermometer - I use a wok/skillet and it does wonderful - I use 2 cups/16 oz of light corn syrup. great recipe... Thank You

    I made these for years and did loose the recipe. Thanks for printing it out again. THis is just wonderful. I add nuts sometimes to this. I dip these in chocolate also and they are great to make into Turtles. YUMMY J
