I put this in a bundt pan with sliced banana in the bottom (will be the top when de-panned)and a liberal sprinkle of brown sugar... good stuff!

I baked this this morning, I used maple flavor instead of vanilla (2 tsp.). I toped it with a crumb frosting made with 1/4 cup butter and enough powder suger to make it crumble. IT WAS AWESOME! A must try and my family ate it all in 2 hours!

Made this yesterday - baked as cupcakes, as my husband likes to just be able to grab one out of the freezer. These were wonderful, light texture, almost like a sponge cake. I frosted with a browned butter icing and it was the perfect pairing. My neice "stole" several for her boyfriend, who loves anything with bananas, and she called me today to tell me he ate all 6 cupcakes in one sitting! Thank you for sharing this recipe.
