Homemade Irish Cream Recipe

For anyone who's in love with Bailey's but not the price. This one really hits the mark! Makes a great hostess gift!

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Irish whiskey or a little more if you like it stronger(I like Jameson's)
- 1 tsp. instant coffee granules
- 2 Tbls. chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 tsp. coconut extract
Directions
- In a blender, comine all ingredients together. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds just to incorporate evenly. (DO NOT OVER BLEND OR LUMPS WILL FORM!)
- Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
- Shake well before serving.

This sounds outstanding and I'm a big fan of Irish Cream....and Jameson Whiskey. Yumm. High 5 and I'm printing this off to go shopping. I have a party coming up where this will go perfectly. I'll let you know when I make it. Thanks, Nicky m'dear. :) Vickie
P.S. My mother's family came over from Ireland and their last name was Jameson. I keep wondering when my share of the whiskey supply and fortune will come to me. Heh...it's good to have a dream. Or three. ;-)
