Stuffed Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients

can of green beans-drained

1/2 cup of bread crumbs

1/4 cup of grated cheese, ramano parmisian whatever you like.

minced garlic- but I have used garlic salt in a pinch

olive oil

Directions

combine first 4 ingredients and mix around (but don't smoosh the beans)

then add approximately 1/4 a cup of olive oil, enough so that it wets all the ingredients.

this measurements are approximate so if you like more or less of anything it still will work out.

bake for about 20-30 minutes on 350.

Laurie, these were fantastic! The minced garlic is very essential to this recipe. In fact, I would recommend using only fresh minced garlic. I think using garlic granules, powder or salt as a substitute would take away the flavour of this dish. I also added a little extra olive oil while it was cooking, so the bread crumbs would soften a just bit more. Definately a 5 star recipe - Thanks again Laurie!
