Sounds very good...was wondering how one stuffs a green bean! ;) I saved this one, but will prolly try it with blanched, fresh green beans. Great addition, thanks. :)

Hey, another way to serve some green beans! Since I don't personally think you can go wrong with a green bean, this one's on my list! :-)

I'm a green bean eating fool. I am really looking forward to trying this Laurie - Thank you for this! Wifey just went to the store, and She bought fresh green beans, so I will blanch them as well. This will make a very nice side dish for tonight! I will rate this for you too Laurie.

My Mother in Law makes these and I just made them last week. My daughter refers to these as her favorite beans.

Laurie, these were fantastic! The minced garlic is very essential to this recipe. In fact, I would recommend using only fresh minced garlic. I think using garlic granules, powder or salt as a substitute would take away the flavour of this dish. I also added a little extra olive oil while it was cooking, so the bread crumbs would soften a just bit more. Definately a 5 star recipe - Thanks again Laurie!
