This year, ignore the cartons in the cooler section of your supermarket and make your own whipped-from-scratch version of eggnog. Adapted from Alton Brown's recipe.

Not usually a big milk fan, but pair it with alcohol and then it suddenly becomes much more appealing! I haven't had homemade eggnog in ages! Thanks for sharing and spiking!

Ha ha..Im laughing cus when I read eggnog abs i thought what do eggnog and abs have in common except big fat chunky tummy! Im thinking six pack abs and eggnog don't mix! Anyways Im a gym freak so naturally I would think abdomens ! I love homemade eggnog and made it about 10 years ago..it was so good but not good for those rock hard abs!

Homemade eggnog is so good and I'll be trying yours. My neighbors always bring me homemade eggnog each Christmas and it is so delicious. Last year she made it with dark rum - this year with Grand Marnier...both delish. Thanks for the recipe, Dave darlin' - you rock! ;)
