Vampire Killer Cheese Spread

- 1 Tbsp dried onion flakes shopping list
- 1 Tsp Dried Minced garlic shopping list
- 1 Tsp dried dill weed shopping list
- 1 Tsp dried chives shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp dried parsley shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 1/4 Tsp kosher salt or sea salt shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 4 oz Shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 Tbsp white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together softened cream cheese and white wine until well combined and smooth.
- Stir in dried herbs, spices and salt.
- Gently mix in cheese.
- Keep refrigerated until about 1/2 hour before serving. I recommend letting it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the spices re-hydrate and the flavors to come out.
- If you have any left-overs they can be safely refrigerated and stored for up to a week or two in an air-tight container.
