This is a wonderful cake served in local restaurant LuLu's Tearoom. Bananas, chocolate and peanutbutter in one awesome cake that you can throw together in minutes!

Ingredients
  • CAKE:
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Over-ripe bananas, chopped
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Cup water
  • ICING:
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 Cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 Cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING:
  • 1/2 c Peanut Butter

Directions
  1. CAKE
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  3. Mix all ingredients together with mixer.
  4. Spray two 8" or 9" pans with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and remove cakes once they are golden and bounce back.
  6. Tip: It is better to remove cakes when slightly under done, they will continue to bake in the pans once removed from the oven.
  7. ICING:
  8. Whisk together butter and cocoa powder to prevent lumping.
  9. Add vanilla and sour cream.
  10. Mix in 1 cup of powdered sugar at a time.
  11. Add milk gradually until icing becomes desired consistency.
  12. PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING:
  13. Melt 1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drizzle over each slice of cake.
  14. A dessert fit for a King.
