Ingredients

How to make it

  • Make a batter with the flour and water, about as thick as a good cream gravy.
  • Season with lots of pepper.
  • Dip bacon in, piece by piece until coated completely.
  • Heat oil in skillet just as if you were going to fry chicken.
  • Drop bacon in slice by slice and brown well (so that the bacon is really cooked)

    I had something similar to this in a local restaurant. But it was Fat back. ( I am in Georgia) Could not pallet it. But I love Bacon. I will most deffinatly give this one a try.
