Wonderful Julia, This Sounds Really Tasty. Waddaya Thing 'bout Throwing In Some Chopped Cilantro To Go With The Lime Juice & Chili?

Juels sweetie, this is one bomb of a dip, with the white cheddar and fresh chilies, the combo of the spices and the kidney beans just put this right over the top. This is a keeper, thanks for a great post,,,,,:)

I agree with the rest, this is a keeper! I like spicy dips, especially chili bean! Have you ever use hush puppies in the dip? I know that be good!

Steff, adding some chopped cilantro to the dip sounds yummy! Thanks for suggestion!

Bluewaterandsand, the hush puppies sound like a great accompaniment to this dip! The sweetness of those will go nicely with the spicyness of the dip. Thanks for a great idea!

This sounds so much better than the pre-packaged stuff, and I'm certain it will be. Great flavors, nice spiciness, so good I have to make it!! Thanks Juels - I love that you always have pictures with your posts...it makes them come "alive" and I swear I can almost smell them!

This dip was outstanding! I made it exactly as recipe reads with the exception of using Keni's make it yourself pita chips instead of the tortillas. Will definately make this again! Thanks Julia!
