Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1-10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Put eggs, soup, onion, garlic powder and salt into blender and blend for 30 seconds
  3. Add spinach and nutmeg and blend for 30 seconds
  4. Pour into an ungreased casserole dish
  5. Bake 50-60 minutes

I HAVE ALL THE INGREDIENTS! Yay! Do you have to put it in the blender to make it work, or can you just beat the h@!! out of it instead? (me being lazy) Sounds fantastic! ;')


OMG!!! This was so good!!! It was light and fluffy, just like a souffle should be! I used a food processor and it worked perfectly! The only problem I had was that there was a little residual water at the bottom of the dish after I cut it...but no biggie! I also suggest sprinkling the top with grated Parmesan cheese just before serving, for a little added flavor. I used 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup...so not only is this amazingly delicious, but its also very low fat! Does it get any better than that? I will be making this often! I added my photo!

Can this recipe be doubled or quadrupled?


I wonder if I can get my kids to eat this? They like my artichoke spinach dip...so I'm thinking they would go for this. Would cream of chicken sub out for the mushroom?
