I am trying to get my family to like tomatoes as a side dish by themselves as we have A TON from my garden and they loved these, I loved these, we all loved these lol! Will keep this recipe forever! Made these tonight as an appetizer. Delicious. I have to admit I didn't use the mayo though, trying to be good. And they were delicious without it. Will be doing these over and over again. Great as a side or appetizer. ;')
