No-bake Fudge Cookies

This is a last minute quick desert recipe. A fun dessert for kids to make.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 cups of sugar or sugar substitute shopping list
- ½ cup cocoa shopping list
- ½ cup milk shopping list
- ½ cup butter or margarine shopping list
- Other Ingredients: shopping list
- 3 cups oats shopping list
- 1 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- ½ cup raisins shopping list
- 1 teas. vanilla shopping list
- Coating: shopping list
- Optional: powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients ( except the other ingredients and coating ) in a 4 quart pan on stove stir on medium heat until it is a rolling boil. Boil for 4 minutes.
- In the pan add all the other ingredients stir. On a foil line baking sheet drop teaspoonfuls of mixture on foil. Let set. After it is firm add coating.

Kids gave the thumbs up! Like a lot of the comments I used pecans, no walnuts on hand and I didn't add raisins...I don't do raisins! LOL
