Another tried and true recipe. This one came from my catering partner who serves this often at bachelor parties. They are very juicy and very tasty. The key is to use Maytag blue cheese as it is much creamier than regular blue cheese. Enjoy

I've seen the pic a few times and it makes my mouth water. Not familiar with that brand of bleu but I always use gorgonzola or cambazola. I'll try and find the maytag brand.
