Quick Beer Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 12-oz can of beer

2 cups self-rising flour

3 tablespoons sugar

Directions

Mix ingredients lightly and pour into a loaf pan.

Bake at 375 F (metal pan) or 350 F (glass pan) for 30 minutes

Remove from oven and drizzle with melted butter

Coated with butter after the first half hour. Pulled from oven after the second half hour. Didn't rise much. Was rubbery after it cooled.

Have to try this again with fresher beer.
