Sicilian Fried Spaghetti

- 1/2 pound spaghetti, or angel hair pasta shopping list
- 4 T extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 T butter shopping list
- 4-8 cloves garlic, pressed or crushed and chopped shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
- 1 t pepper shopping list
- 1 t sugar shopping list
- 2 T oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta in salted water until just about al dente
- Drain
- In a saute pan, add olive oil, bring to medium heat
- fry garlic until pan smells nutty (DO NOT BURN)
- add butter
- when butter is melted, turn to medium high and throw in pasta
- Add seasonings.
- Toss pasta every few minutes (tongs help)
- It is done when at least half of the pasta is crispy
- Enjoy :)
