So awesome. Never heard of these. Kids? Pssshh. Howabout adults?

I think I would like these. I will have to try them, as I LOVE corn dogs but hardly ever eat them anymore.
Thanks!

Yeah, this adult is gonna be making these for other adults!

I love, love, love corndogs - this is going to be a must try...I will use the excuse that my 4 yr old granddaughter is coming for a visit, but this is really FOR ME!! Great idea - thank you so much for sharing this...

Who doesnt love an occasional corndog.. they make you feel young at heart.....

Totally different. I love corndogs. Thanks!

These sound interesting. I'll try them this week for my Corney Dog lovin husband. Thanks!

I made these last night. I'm not sure about the brown sugar. I couldn't taste that it added a "flavor" and the corn bread mix is sweet as it is, so I don't think I would add it next time. I only could fit 1/3 of a hot dog in my muffin tins and I had to bake them for 20 minutes in my oven. They were good with mustard on 'em! Thanks!

I forgot to add that I do not add the brown sugar when I make it, but my co-worker who gave me the recipe does, so I posted the recipe as she gave it to me. I also use cheap turkey hot dogs that are small so when I cut them in half they fit in the muffin tin.

I forgot to also say, qtpie, that this recipe was easy to cut in half for single eater me! Thanks again!

Sounds good with the cheese, but does it melt out?

No mslisa the cheese doesn't melt out of the muffin.

Must try these little GEMS....Thanks

These are great. We made them for the grandkids. Omitted sugar and diced the dogs and mixed with the batter so the little one would not choke. Everyone loved it.

A recipe after my own heart.I am the corndog queen in my family...cannot get enough of them.I have all the ingredients and am heading off to the kitchen now. Will let you know how they come out. Thanks ;)

Hi Qtpie. (15 minutes later): They just came out of the oven and I'm shoveling them in-super yum!! ...Was out of brown sugar, tho. These are awesome, and I give you a 10...okay,I can only give you a 5.Thanks for sharing.I love them!

Hey qtpie!! Haven't seen a recipe like this before and they sound really good! Jett

Sound like they might freeze pretty well for after school snaks???

I have never tried to freeze these particular muffins, but I have frozen corn bread muffins before and they turned out fine.

Mmmmmmm, this 5 fork recipe looks great! I'm looking forward to making them. Thanks for sharing your recipe with all of us.

Boy, I know my Husband will love them but I think I will make them for my grandchildren tomorrow. Thanks
