Roasted Cauliflower & Garlic

My sister & I got this dish last week from a local gourmet market's counter. It was good but a bit too oily for our tastes. I tried it at home, with control over the oil this is just right!
Ingredients
- 1/2 head cauliflower, broken/cut into floret pieces shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled shopping list
- olive oil to drizzle shopping list
- sea salt & black pepper (freshly ground), to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Arrange cauliflower pieces and garlic on a baking sheet or glass pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Place in oven for 15 minutes. Remove and flip. Place back in oven for another 15 minutes. Enjoy!

I have done this many times with cauliflower and broccoli! But I always use 1 head each time! Its simple and delicious! The perfect side dish or I somtimes toss it with buttered pasta and grated cheese! A nice light meal!
